1. The service
We Take Orders (wetakepreorders.com) lets food vendors take customer pre-orders through a hosted storefront. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
Vendors set their own items, prices, and availability. Customers place orders directly with a vendor; the vendor is responsible for fulfilling them. Order cutoffs, pickup, and refunds are set by each vendor.
3. Notifications
The platform sends order notifications to vendors by email and SMS. SMS notifications are governed by our SMS Messaging Terms.
4. Payments
Where payment is collected, it is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD.
5. Acceptable use & liability
Don’t use the service unlawfully or to send unsolicited messages. The service is provided “as is” without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, We Take Orders is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
